Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) commissioner R.V. Karnan on Wednesday inspected the ongoing construction works of the flyover from Aramghar to Zoo Park and the Shastripuram railway overbridge (RoB). He instructed the officials to expedite works related to Aramghar up ramp and down ramp and speed up the land acquisition process required for construction of these ramps.
Regarding the Shastripuram RoB, the commissioner advised the engineering officials to complete the project in coordination with engineers of South Central Railway and accelerate the works. He also visited the Charminar area and Laad Bazaar ahead of the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant. The contestants of the beauty pageant will take a heritage walk at both these places.
